I'm just going to put this in the simplest of ways so that no one gets confused:
UNTIL I SAY OTHERWISE, THE CREATION OF HORSES OF 16.0 HANDS OR ABOVE IS PROHIBITED, UNLESS THE CHARACTER IS OF THE COLDBLOODED BODY TYPE.
If you just have to have a character that is Hotblooded/Warmblooded and 16.0 hands or greater, PM me with your reasoning.
That is all.

Okay guys, I'm calling this off for the new month. Please don't go crazy making tall horses... Remember that 15.0-15.3 hands is the general average! If it happens again, I'll have to implement something more permanent. -pats-
