[/i][/size][/color][/url][/center]Ah, Winterdale. Thousands upon thousands of acres of rolling green hills, charming woodland and traditional housing. A community that thrives on the success of it's Equestrian Centre, Halcyon Acres, and is as tight knit as the handmade woollen jumpers the residents don at Christmas.
What goes on behind closed doors is their business, and their business only - right? Who are we to question their motives? But in towns like this, people start to talk. When the quaint exterior masks a vast web of lies, heartbreak and violence, it becomes everybody's business. New here? I'm sure you'll be fine. Well, as long as you don't look at one of the richer residents in the wrong way.
Things are getting serious now. The corrupt owner of Halcyon Acres was questioned regarding the sudden disappearance of a developer who had been trying to buy him out of the stable. The enquiry was on a massive scale, but mysteriously stopped halfway through with no trace of a conclusion. No doubt, a dip in the owner's bank account was something to do with it - but nobody's saying anything. I mean, why would you want to when there's a chance you could end up like the developer?
