Baldr
Baldr's dark body stood still in place. Soft snow flakes clung to his body, the raging storm all but nonexistent in his mind. His mane and tail were matted with snow and water, sticking to his pelt. His amber eyes, usually so soft, were hardened, as cold as ice. On the storm raged, and his limbs stayed locked into place. The cold further then numbing his large body. The salt from the sea stung his nose as a large engulfed him, trapping itself around him, trying to pull him into the sea. His body didn't move an inch, his body screamed from the stinging in his nose and throat. It soon numbed itself down, his body even more drenched then before. Maybe it would just be best if he left himself die in this storm. There was no one that cared about him, no one who would miss him. Baldr didn't know how long had it been, but he found the storm to have suddenly stopped. Or had it stopped earlier and he had not noticed? His body still numb with cold, his mind numb with pain and his heart clearly in pieces. He stared out int he same direction he had since earlier, eyes stony and full of pain. Screams of pain echoed in his ears, pleading, begging. Ragged breaths scraping against his audits, the memories of pain flashing before his eyes, taunting him. Breaking him. Her mane and tail showed the same display of being snowwhite, but shimmering in all these colors. And as if that weren't enough, there were white feathers in her long mane and tail, white with an iridescent middle. The only parts of her coat not showing any color was a little white around her eyes, the white tips of her ears and the snip that she had.
As the storm now had stopped she came out from her little hiding place between some rocks and trees that had mostly given her shelter from the icing winds. Now she stepped forwards though, starting to move. She didn't know what had brought her to this area, but she felt drawn to it, maybe because she had always heard stories of the Auster Woods, and about the horses living there. She didn't know if she wanted to settle here, but she sure wanted to explore, and maybe meet some nice horses that could show her around? Further ahead she saw a darker shape, and it didn't take her loong to see that it was a horse, but he stood so still. With a curious look on her face she started to walk up towards him, slowly, carefully, her tail dragging on the ground as she walked. "Hello? Are you okay?" She asked with soft, clear voice after nickering sligthly, something seemed wrong, it worried her.

Baldr did nothing at the lightest sounds of hooves clacking against rocks. It was nothing to him, meant nothing to him. He was too depressed to register anything. 'Hello? Are you okay?' His audits barely flicked back, but his eyes snapped open. Who wanted to deal with him? He turned slowly, the snow around him floating down and melting upon his pelt, making it look like it was steaming. His nares flared, eyes full of hurt, as he tried to fight the tears. The most gorgeous mare he had ever seen stood before him, concern upon her face. "Actually, no.." He said lightly, trying to fight the feelings away, he hated this day with a passion, and he hated this season all that more because of it. "I probably look like a mess," He said, looking off into the distance, his gaze glazing over again. "I'm sorry you had to stumble across me," He trailed, swallowing the lump in his throat. His gaze was empty in a way, but still filled with sorrow and.. something else. She didn't know what to say about it actually, since she didn't know what he had been through. She could just look at hom with her light green eyes, while the snow landed on her pearly coat and melted, like on his, even though steam didn't rise from her, she wasn't that warm, since she was quite small in built, and she didn't generate that much heat. "Don't say that you're sorry for that, but youäre making me worried when you look like that. Cheer up, will ya?" She had thateasy going attitude that had almost been a trademark in her family, not much could make her sad or angry, and that was probably some of her strongest points.
