Caiaphas & Victoria
Victoria. Came the deep, harmonic voice of a troubled soul. Victor-i-a, Victor-i-a! Master's sister! The often heard echoing that followed Caiaphas everywhere. The raven cawed from high above, his ruffled body clinging to the limb of a tree. Silence. Came the black stallion's rough voice once more, commanding all within the immediate vicinity to go stiff with fear. Well, all but his sister.
The similarly colored mare continued her approach at a lazy walk. Her wicked smile was hinted at the corners of her mouth, but it didn't show itself until she stopped and rose her head to look at him. Silence was heard for a few moments as she took her brother in. They'd been distant as children, all three of the half-siblings, but Victoria had taken a certain part of Caiaphas' heart that no one else could reach. Ah! My brother, dear, have you been taking care of yourself? Her voice was cold, a true slap in the face as she curled her words around his neck. The snake like personality of Victoria killed anyone and everything that had ever done her wrong. She was preparing to curl around her brother and suffocate him slowly.
It's been awhile, hasn't it? I feel I have to seek out your bird-brained mate just to know if you're alive. No way to treat a sister, me especially, now is it? Her consonants were dramatically placed, pushing her closer and closer to Caiaphas' kill spot. She knew something, she must or she wouldn't have sought him out. The coldblooded brute stood still, his height his only advantage. He took his lashings willingly, for he knew this might save him from his eminent doom.
Victoria didn't circle her brother, as many in attack mode do. She simply stared him down, her head lower then his but her words twice as venomous then any of his ever could be. He might be coldblooded but she was cold hearted, and her personality was harmful to a personality such as Caiaphas'. She laughed, her brown eyes penetrating his own. How could you be so stupid? He false mood turned sour quickly; her laugh turned into a growl within seconds. A child? A child with the kings mare? Can you control nothing anymore!? Or perhaps it was you feelings that got in the way? With each sentence, Victoria's voice rang out louder and louder.
Pilate nervously rustled his feathers above. Master's sister made me. Made me tell her. His obnoxious voice was quiet, barely audible above Victoria's fuming. He ducked his black beak for a few moments before fluttering off to another branch, putting more distance between himself and the spatting siblings.
Feelings, my dear sister had nothing to do with it. A new frequency erupted into the air. His tone, although warmer, was filled with a deep darkness Victoria could never reach. A darkness that came from pain and feeling. My daughter, was not a mistake. He said, still trying to convince himself as he spat at Victoria. She is here now, no matter what you say, and she is no concern of yours, Victoria. His mood stormed and his muscles tensed, his emotional state threatening to explode.
It shall certainly be my concern should I take my position back, dear brother. Victoria's relaxed position changed to a defensive posture. She was no longer in control of the situation, Caiaphas had chosen to fight back.
So that's what this is all about. A campaign for queen. Well if you didn't already know, you need a king to accomplish that feat. He laughed, mostly out of frustration then anything. It wasn't a happy laugh.
And Annas shall take that position, Caiaphas. Annas will be my king. She'd made her decision. It was in the open now, traveling on the wind currents and making its way through the territory. The tree's were surely whispering to each other now. The queen is back. The dark one named Victoria. The queen.
ooc: HOMG. idk what to say. xD no replies please.
