SHAELIR & DAMARIO
I only have a picture now, A frozen piece of time, To remind me of how it was, When you were here, and mine.
Damario's frail body shook terribly with every breath, he stumbled alongside his mother, tripping over everything and moving slower then a snail. Shaelir glanced over at him, worry crossing her face. Damen's breathing was rough and course, like sandpaper. She touched her maw with the lightest pressure against his neck and he bowed his neck, wheezing. Shaelir stopped, looking around for something, she didn't know what to do, but she wanted to help badly. Her heart ached for her son, who was sicker then he was at birth. She heard a soft tumble to the ground, and she whipped her head around, watching his frail body hit the ground as he whimpered in pain, sucking in short, sharp breaths. Pain crossed Shae's face as she lowered herself to the ground, pulling Damen up next to her body, fearing the worst.
His body stopped shaking, with no energy left to shake his sick body. He wheezed, his face crumpling with pain. Tears bubbled over Shae's eyes. "No, Damen.... just, fight, honey, you can make it." Shae whimpered, rocking him slowly, but knowing there was nothing she could do. Damario's soft black eyes twinkled despite the pain as he looked up and gave a teeny smile to his mom, the golden leaves floating magically around him as his eyes closed forever. Shae's body shook harder, his small unmoving body pressed against her, as the sobs came from her throat and the tears spilled down her face, the weight of another child gone numbing her body as the sobs echoed inside her own mind, her eyes glazed over as the tears hardened and she grew silent, still rocking his cold body.
OOC: Poor Damario, his death post, Shae is forever wrecked.
