And this is exactly what he will do should you come to him. His ways are secret to all but if you request his council or he drags you into his lair you're sure to see the ways of a voodoo man.

Stallions be careful, hes fully capable of fighting should you disrespect his ways.
Foals take caution, stay with your mothers or you'll surely spend some quality time with the Dr.
Extra little trick is, the natives shouldn't fear him at all, for they know his ways are all in his tricky mind... but the warnings should be doubled for the strange horses that come to the mire.
Nothing can tell if he's kidding or not. (He seeeeees things -shifty eye-)
Basically, If you have a character in the the mire who'd like to see Facilier, his doors always open. And if you have a character interested in seeing the mire, Facilier will seek them out. muahahahaha! Oh, and if you have a direct plot in mind, such as something you want Facilier to say to your equine, post here and the thread shall be up asap.
