[atrb=border,0,true][cs=7][bg=403f3b] Lycia looked around, the trees branches were completely bare, and snow covered everywhere. Back in fall. She heard that these trees were those most beautiful in fall, the way the orange leaves covered the air like a snow blizzard when the wind blew through to rustle. It made her excited about the next year, and what it would look like. Besides she'd be old enough to stray from Sage by then. Away from her mother, away from the herd. Away to see the land. She hadn't seen anything else besides the forest, Lake Vesta, and the mountains. She wanted to see more, Maybe the swamps of the Mire, or maybe the desert! Lycia swished her two tails in harmony as she thought about it. And a little snow flurry blew onto her forelock, and she shook it away. She looked through a opening in the trees, which of course were everywhere. She saw the mountain, and the snow clouds that covered it constantly, and it seemed one of the clouds strayed down. Lycia walked over to the base of a birch, with a wide girth. And stood under it. She looked at the tree trunk examining the bark that covered it. She barely saw trees in the mountains. So she made sure that she remembered most of the ones she saw.

DAMARIO
The sickly colt stumbled along, loud raspy coughs echoing in his small frame. He was almost one year old now, he was excited for his birthday. After about a month, he had grown mostly healthy and more recently he had gotten just as sick again, if not sicker. But he was a fighter, he would make it through this like before. He flicked his medium length tail, which was getting silky. He pranced forward, stumbling slightly. He had finally escaped from his mother for once, but she didn't know how sick he had gotten, and she was probably worried sick at where he was. She had told him about his older sister, Acantha, a super tall sleek yearling that was kidnapped not long before he was born. So now his mother, and even father, were keeping a watchful eye on him. He hadn't had much friends in his year of life, so here he was, in the fresh green tones of Heaven's Gates. It had been a real treat in the fall, soft, golden leaves that floated gracefully down upon his frail bodice.
A sharp scent hit Damario's nose, and his audits flicked forward as his small sharp hooves turned his body towards the scent. A slender buckskin yearling, and he picked himself up, tossing his cranium. He smiled slightly, snorting and pawing the ground. "Hello."
OOC: So, Damen is almost one, which he's supposed to die before then, so this will be his last thread DDD:

[atrb=border,0,true][cs=7][bg=403f3b] Lycia flicked her ears back and forth, Her mind focused on the tree when a young voice her age reached her ears. Her eyes were still focused on the tree when she turned to see the colt. She turned around to see him, he was sickly. She could tell that much. It was a big difference to Lycia and the foal that she saw, he was smaller than her, because her mother made her run and run. To a normal horse her age, she was a lot more muscle like than she should be, she turned her head quickly, looking up to where the mountains are. She started to feel vulnerable because she couldn't speak, she didn't want to utter out that one sound that made her seem like a dieing animal. She turned her eyes back at the colt. And nodded in greeting. By the time that the colt had come near her, her back was already filled up with snow. She shook it off quickly. Letting her brown eyes fall upon the colt
OCC: I almost forgot Lycia was mute XD I almost made her say hi
