His nostrils flared greedily as the moist air clung to him like a vice, making his pelt twitch at the constricting feel as well the damp air soothing his flesh from the suns first rays. Goer had traveled through the night, not resting from avoidance of upsetting another and causing the confrontation he wished to have no part of, as well turning his nose up at all other lands that could not appeal; this was his home with the trees reaching above his head, he stood on the mountains side with the trees around him slanting off like towering monsters. He would be called greedy for wishing this place to be his, but he was never one to concern himself with the thoughts of others merely choosing to ignore them while they passed their judgements flippantly. Sucking in a deep breathe he seemed to come alive as his massive form twitched, head tossing back in forth while subtle nickering and almost something close to yelling sounds clawed up from his belly in loud thunderous and rumbling trembles. His front right leg lifting in swift movement to crash against the ground while cutting and slicing into the earth beneath him in some form claiming this land as his own by marking it. His ears pinned against his skull in challenge to any who dared prove his claim wrong.
