No New Posts Ricochet Sound

Ricochet Sound is a wide inlet of the Gairbith Sea that runs parallel to the coast. It separates the Mainland's shore from those of the islands with five miles of water. In order to get to or from the Islands, your character must try and cross the Sound. Remember, it is safer to cross when the tides are high, so that you may pass over the potentially dangerous reefs, and in the daytime, when sharks are less likely to feed. Make sure you read the rules regarding crossing!

No New Posts Gairbith Beach

The Gairbith Sea is the most peaceful one to lap against the shores of the Homeland. With warmer waters than those of the easterly seas and protected from super storms by the islands, Gairbith's white sand beach provides horses of all ages with a relaxing place to take a dip - most of the time, anyway. Mares, make sure to watch your foals in case a wayward wave takes them!

Board Information & Statistics

Board Description
Beryl Bay
Beryl Bay is located on the western half of the Homeland. Extending several miles across the coast, it is here that horses may take a trip to the beach or go for a swim in warm water off of the Mainland. It is also here where horses may attempt to make the crossing to or from the Islands via Ricochet Sound. The sands of the beaches here are very coarse, with rocks scattered throughout. Those playing in the waves are urged to take caution, as nobody knows what hides beneath the ocean's darkened surface.
